Return policy

We only accept returns on ‘as new’ products. A full refund will only be made if items are received back in their original condition (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).

Customers have 14 days to request a refund after receiving your goods, e.g. if you aren’t happy with them.

Please email us to arrange the return on

info@sashdale-jones.com – you will then be given instructions for the return and refund of your item. Please note the buyer is responsible for returning items to us and we recommend recorded delivery, or a ‘signed for’ delivery method for this and reusing the box your goods were sent in for their safe return.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

We cannot provide refunds for items lost or damaged in the post.  Please allow up to 14 days from us receiving your returned goods for your refund to be processed. Any refund will be applied to your original method of payment.

Please inspect all goods on receipt. If items arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible; pictures of the damage would also be appreciated.

If there is an error with your order please email us on info@sashdale-jones.com as soon as possible after receipt, ideally within the first 48 hours, to enable us to rectify this swiftly.
